Enexus was founded in 2018 by professionals with deep exposure to African markets and strong networks across Africa and internationally. Our team combines a track record of 150+ transactions – at Enexus and prior to its creation – across multiple sectors and in more than 30 African countries. This extensive exposure to transactions has enabled us to develop expertise to international standards while fully integrating African market specificities, positioning Enexus as an Africa-focused M&A advisor with strong financial advisory and corporate finance capabilities.
Based in Europe and Africa, with careers shaped in international institutions focused on African markets, we combine strong local presence and proximity to African business communities with privileged access to international investors. This positions Enexus as a bridge between African companies and global investors, delivering hands-on M&A advisory and tailored capital raising solutions.
